Fueling the Dream

Dreams need to be fed. Thoughts, visions , hoping , dreaming is nice.. however once in awhile a good shot of reality fueling that dream is needed. An email came across one day announcing a sailing trip to Greece. Ummm, Greece.. that sounds like an adventure. The  planning and serious dreaming began. Not only did we get to sail in Greece we got to sail with an awesome crew and a wonderful talented Captain. I think it is important to have good people around you with the same aspirations , it  gives you the confidence to continue the passion of following your dream. Returning home we have wonderful memories of a far off place we never knew we would visit, which makes it more special. The dream has once again been fueled. As I sit writing this I look at our boat in the back yard.. all the work and time ahead to get her on the water seems just a bit easier, and more doable.
